Case histories of the month

As the IAES now has been able to open a special Web site we decided to use this also for bringing interesting Case Reports to our members. We will start this by including under this heading two new cases each month.

The author of the first of these interesting cases is Professor Jon A. van Heerden at the Mayo Clinic. If you want to discuss the cases, you may write a letter to the Secretary-Treasurer who then will try to initiate a review of discussion points at this site, when appropriate.
